Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
That you have subscribed to our company mailing list.
You have contacted us via our website contact form or directly by email or phone.
We use the information that you have given us in order to send you marketing information (where you have subscribed to the mailing list) or to make contact to answer your enquiry.
We may share this information with mailchimp.com and zapier.com which we use to email our marketing information to you and inform us that you have contacted us via our websites contact form.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on the mailchimp.com CRM, locally a networked encrypted disk and encrypted in Google drive (as an off site backup).
We keep your name, email and phone number (where appropriate) from our website contact form for 1 year or less dependant on how quickly your enquiry is answered. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our encrypted disk and Google Drive.
We will retain your name and email on our mailing list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. The data will then be deleted from the mailchimp.com CRM.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
