I'll migrate your test scripts
JMeter, k6 and Gatling, in any direction — including the parts no converter can do faithfully. You send a sanitised script, I send back a working one.
Prices are below. There is no discovery call, no scoping workshop and no proposal to wait for.
What it costs
A migration a consultancy would quote at two to four weeks. The tooling is mine, so most of the work is already done before you pay for any of it.
Conversion review
£250
One-off, inclusive
You get the converted script and a written report of exactly what still needs doing by hand, and how to do it. I do not do the manual work at this tier.
- Converted script in your target tool
- Every item needing manual work, listed and explained
- How to complete each one
- A go/no-go view on whether the migration is worth it
- Covers
- One script, any size
- Guaranteed
- 1 working day
- Typically
- Usually same day
Single script
£750
One-off, inclusive
One user journey migrated and finished — including the parts no converter can do faithfully.
- Everything in the conversion review

- Script runs against your environment
- Notes on anything I changed and why

- Guaranteed
- 3 working days
- Typically
- Usually next working day

£1,500
One-off, inclusive
A set of related scripts migrated together, with shared data files and configuration kept consistent across them.
- Everything in Single script, across the whole suite
- Shared CSV feeds and configuration reworked once, consistently
- Load profiles and think times carried across
- A short handover note for your team
- Covers
- Up to 200 HTTP requests and 30 manual-work items

Quoted from your numbers
Beyond the caps above, or with constraints that need agreeing first. Priced from the same request and manual-work counts, so the quote is arithmetic rather than a negotiation.
- Fixed price, agreed before any work starts
- Agreed delivery dates
- Phased delivery if you need scripts in stages
- Covers
- No cap — scope agreed up front
- Guaranteed
- Agreed with you

No risk in picking the wrong tier. If your script turns out to exceed the cap you bought, I will refund you in full or quote the difference — your choice, and you decide before I start any work.
Need it faster? +50%
Ask before you buy. If I can commit to next working day for your job I will say so, and it is 50% on top. I would rather turn it down than miss it.
You know the price before I do
The free converter tells you two numbers: how many HTTP requests your script contains, and how many items need manual work. Those are the same numbers the caps above are written in, so you can check which tier you are in before you contact me. No estimate, no discovery, no surprise.
What is quoted separately
Custom script blocks — JSR223, BeanShell, inline k6 JavaScript — are business logic rather than test structure, and the time they take depends entirely on what they do. If your script has them, I will price them before starting rather than guess and rush them.
What happens to your script
A performance script is not the innocuous file people assume. Yours may carry production hostnames, bearer tokens, database credentials and — through its CSV feeds — real user data. So this is the part of the page worth reading twice.
- Send sanitised scripts only
- Replace real usernames, passwords, tokens and CSV data with synthetic values before sending. I need the structure of your script, not your data — the values are of no use to me. If a script cannot be sanitised without destroying what makes it worth migrating, tell me and we will find another way.
- No production data, in any form
- That includes raw HAR captures, database dumps and screenshots of live traffic. If you send something containing production data, I will delete it and ask for a sanitised version rather than work from it.
- Share a link from your own file store
- Not an email attachment: email leaves copies in your mailbox, my mailbox, both sent folders and both providers’ backups — retention nobody can honestly promise to control. Send a link from your own SharePoint, Drive or S3 instead, expiring if you can. The file stays under your control and you can revoke my access the moment the work is delivered.
- Deleted 30 days after delivery
- Your files and everything derived from them are deleted 30 days after I hand the work back. The 30 days exist so you can come back with a question. Ask and I will delete sooner.
- Handled by me, in the UK
- Your files are stored and worked on by me personally, on my own equipment, in the United Kingdom. They are never shared with another client, another customer, or anyone else.
- I use AI tooling, and you can opt out
- The software itself contains no AI: the converter is compiled Rust running inside your own browser, and nothing about it calls out anywhere. The manual work is different. When I complete the parts a converter cannot do, I use Claude (Anthropic) as a working tool, so sanitised script content may be processed by it outside the UK. That is exactly why sanitised input is a requirement here and not a preference — there should be nothing personal left in what reaches it. If you would rather no AI tooling touched your script at all, say so with your order and I will do the work without it, at no extra cost.
- A written agreement if you need one
- For work in a regulated environment I will sign a data processing agreement under UK GDPR Article 28 before anything is sent. Ask for it with your enquiry and it will come back with the quote.
Not sure what is in your script?
The free scanner lists every credential, email address, account number and production hostname it can find, with line numbers — so you know exactly what to replace before sending anything. It runs in your browser and the report shows where each value is, never what it is.
Check my script for freeThe same thinking is why these tools run entirely inside your browser: the best way to protect a file is never to receive it.
Four steps, none of them a meeting
- 01
Run the free converter
It gives you your request count and your list of manual-work items. That tells you which tier you need, and whether you want to do it yourself.
- 02
Buy the tier
Checkout, receipt, done. No proposal to wait for and nothing to negotiate — the price on the card is the price.
- 03
Sanitise and share a link
Reply to your receipt with a link to the sanitised script on your own file store. The clock starts when a complete submission arrives, so a missing data file never eats your turnaround.
- 04
Get the script back
A working script, notes on everything I changed, and the manual-work list marked off. Questions afterwards are included.
Working days are Monday to Friday. If a job needs a conversation, we can have one — but nothing here requires it, and the price does not change either way.
What people who have worked with mesay
"I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Mark for the fantastic job he has done for my team at TransUnion. Mark has taken us from almost no performance testing into place where it is now embedded into our release process. Not only that, we are now confident with our growth projections as a team and a division and have the evidence to support this. I would certainly recommend Mark to any recruiter and he is certainly someone I will be calling on in the future, should I require his expertise."
Philip Lowe
Head of Delivery at TransUnion
"I can't recommend Mark highly enough. I've worked with him several times over the last ten years and can say he is probably the best non-functional testing SME I've ever come across. If Mark's available and you need a non-functional test specialist the only question you should be asking him is 'When can you start?'."
Matt Causer
AWS Certified NFT Specialist
"Mark is an excellent Performance Test Consultant with deep LoadRunner knowledge across protocols. He has broad skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude. I highly recommend him within his expertise."
Andy Kirby
Test Lead at Royal Mail
