Client Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for a client project will transfer to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and techniques developed during the engagement.

4. Digital Products

Digital products purchased through our store are licensed, not sold. By purchasing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the product
• Use the product to create competing products
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered if the product is materially different from its description.

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Martkos IT Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, or your violation of these terms.
